I received a call from one of the consultants representing MobI Moola in the middle of July 2013.According to the consultant they are offering loans and I signed up with them and on 24/07/2013 they confirmed that I am a signed up member of Mobi Moola. They then send an sms with my account number and pin number which I had to respond to and once I respond they were going to credit my account with R250.00 as the first amount and monthly I will have to borrow R500.00 and they will deduct the R500.00 in the following month plus the R99.00 service fee every month. Ever since I responded to their sms I never received any confirmation from them. I send e-mails to their customer service department and still no reply until I decided to cancell whatever sms I had with me as I was getting no joy from them. To my suprise, on 27-09-2013 they debited my account with R99.00 for service fee yet I never received anything from them. What is it that I'm servicing if they didn't credit my account anything. I then called their office on 27-09-13 and spoke with Asa Mngcayi who promised to credit my account with R250.00 within 48 hours but still nothing happened. I need refund for my R99.00 and leave them
