I have contacted Altech Autopage to place notice on a contract. I was repeatedly told that I have to give notice on 1st June 2013. We tried to upgrade, however, this provider advertises deals that they do not have in stock.
On 1st June, we were informed that the cancellations department works Monday to Friday.
Eventually, after being treated badly by the incompetent staff, I was told that the contract will be cancelled on 28th July. This is one month longer than the contract period, reason being that this contract expires a day after the date set by themselves. This is totally ridiculous.
I simply want this contract terminated, and will go to a provider that treats customers with respect.
We have only had bad service from Altech Autopage. They load unnecessary charges and make it difficult to cancel them.
All I want is to end relations with this useless company.
