MTN Overcharging

My contract with MTN expired in April2013, now on a month to month contract and since then i have been paying a hardware fee/subisdy (R107) when this should have fallen off as i am not out of contract.
They were very quick to add BIS to my monthly charge as they say it was discounted for 24 months and now that im out of contract i gotta pay for this monthly. I was informed of the above when i called retentions and spoke to Rhulani whom was very helpful. How many other customers are billed for this when they are out of contract and MTN making loads of money from this of theirs? I've been called so many times regarding upgrade but nobody mentioned im still being billed for hardware subsidy. My request is simple i want all monies that wer taken for hardware subs refunded to me within the next 2 working days or i go to ICASA for further intervention.
I called 808 and had to hold for 40 minutes and when being transferred to retentions the call was cut on me after spending close to an hour holding... not impress by the agent involved whom i did not get their name, as i type this the call is going on for another 25 minutes again. Hire more staff to avoid clients holding for so long.
