It seems that this company cannot get a simple thing like billing sorted out. I had a tablet with a data contract with MTN and part of the package was a hardware subsidy. I had endless problems with the MTN network and finally in March 2013 the contract was cancelled without any cost to me. That included the hardware subsidy. I then took a 2GB data contract with Vodacom. I then struggled to sort out the billing which was finally corrected in May 2013. Since then I have been charged a hardware subsidy for the tablet on my account, but this was part of the cancellation. It has now been since May that I have tried to get this sorted out. I have logged calls with MD Desk [Email Removed] to no avail. The service from this company is extremely poor. I went to the nashua shop this morning and was confronted by inept staff.
