I have recently upgraded my contract in the 22nd month and as with my other contract from another company, the previous contract's hardware subsidiary expires and you start paying for the new contract subsidiary. But it seems like with Nashua it works differently. NEVER have they communicated this to me during the whole upgrading process and now have to pay the previous phone's hardware subsidiary for 3 months while paying the new contract. How is this right in any sense and is there any legal actions I can take?
