I was contacted by your retention's department to upgrade my contract, I agreed and ask to have the new Hardware delievered at your Norwood store, after 2 weeks of not being contacted by this store, i called Mohamed at retentions to cancel the upgrade. I then received a statement where my upgrade was processed and I was paying for the new hardware which I never received or signed for?.. in my books this is.
