Cell C
My bank account has been debited illegally cellC

I get an overdraft notice from my bank as cell c has debited my account for a whopping R7240, 01.
I donot owe them any money, they have not notified me of any pending debits!
I hav fully paid up my 2 contracts and have proof of that as well.

They are yet to resolve the data bundle that the sales lady misinformed me about and I am still paying for.
I asked for them to please fix it as I cannot pay for a contract under false information. It is of no value to me.
Just no joy with cell c at all

This is how they treat loyal customers.
