ACCOUNT DEBITS

I HAVE 3 CONTRACTS WITH CELL C. THE ONE OF MY BLACKBERRY 9320 IS THE WORST. THEY NEVER DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AS FROM THE DATE I TOOK THE CONTRACT, INSTEAD THEY SENT ME SMSES SAYING MY ACCOUNT WAS IN ARREARS. I CONTACTED THEM THAT WAS IN DEC 2012, THEY PROMISED TO SORT IT OUT AND SAID I SHOULD PAY CASH. AFTER THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS NEVER DEBITED. I HAVE BEEN PAYING CASH SINCE UNTIL APRIL. THEY STARTED DEBITING ME AND I WAS PAYING CASH BUT THEY STILL WOULD GO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON THE WRONG PAY DATE AND ANYTIME WHEN I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM I GET PAID ON THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH. THEY THEN CHARGED ME FOR IT (RETURNED DEBITS) I HAD TO PAY R439.00 FOR THEM TO LEAVE ME ALONE BECAUSE THEY BLOCKED MY LINE SO I CAN PAY FOR THE RETURNED DEBITS. STILL MY LINE IS BLOCKED I CAN ONLY MAKE AND RECEIVE CALLS PLUS SMS THAT'S ALL. I NEED TO KNOW HOW DOES ONE GET HOLD OF THE OBUNDSMAN... IM TIRED
