So this is now my 3rd complaint! If you tell me Busi is going to sort out my account then i will have a fit - she ignores my emails and queries!
This is over 6 weeks that i have been working with head office. I told them & consultants a million times to remove the phone account debit order from my account because I DRAW ALL MY MONEY & ONLY LEAVE ENOUGH FOR MY ARRANGED DEBIT ORDERS!
I pay my account every single month at the END of the month, ever single @#$% month Cell C tries to debit my account & when the debit doesnt go through like i keep on telling EVERYONE it wont, then i get charged R70 and then my phones are cut off!
My phone, my husbands phone and maids phone contracts are all on my name so neither of us can contact each other!
If anything happens to my husband while traveling and he cant contact me, i WILL hold you responsible - because you are in breach of contract by disconnecting paid lines and not removing the debit order as requested numerous times!
Get your act straight and sort out my #$%^ account, because i have had ENOUGH!! Every month i sit without a phone - i have lost clients due to this and missed a wedding when i got lost and COULDNT phone for help!
