Mweb I have had enough of your rubbish service. You have been billing me for the wrong product which I have asked you to amend on numerous occasions. I have a 1Mbps line yet you have been billing me for a 2Mbps line. Had I not cancelled and moved over to another ISP I would have never known you were my money. I have asked for a reconciliation statement and you send me the same nonsense that makes absolutely no sense because you have reversals in each month. All I would like is for you to fix your stuff up and send me my final bill with the various credits due as well as to call me and explain what you have been billing me for.
