Cancelled ADSL Still reflecting on account

I cancelled my ADSL with effect of the end of April. This was done and confirmed in march. I checked my Billing online and there is an amount of R199 being charged for May's ADSL. I sent through an email on the 9th April and the reference is 20130409001587 querying this and no one has got back to me. I even posted on the Facebook page, MWEB guys said that he will enquire and get back to me, its been a week and a sent him another message and he did not respond. This is not the first time I am having issues with billing!!!
