A guy from the contract department gave me a call and offered me a better package deal I told him that im not intrested in changing my package, he explained to me that its more value for my money, I was at that time on a top up 315, he explained and was persistand that he could change me to a package witch will cost me less (R299) per month and the minutes that I will receive is still more talk time then I would have had with the R315 airtime, as I wasn't intrested in the free sms or internet that's also part of the deal, but he assured me of the balance, the minutes every month and the montly premium, I asked him several times if its going to be more that (R299) A MONTH and he assured me it wont be one cent more.i change banks the following month and when I call to change banking details, I got a huge surprise only to find I am billed over R1000 for the month, I went into Vodacom (Welkom) we send emails to head office, I myself called in more that 50 times this past 4 months, everytime they tell me they will try to sort it out, I went in to lydenburg branch Vodacom because the sim card is suspended but I still pay every month, the manager at lydenburg also don't know what to do.
