And so I am still waiting with 2 new reference numbers : 173BRK171213. no internet for the last 3 weeks.. I am giving money away.. why do I have to pay for something I cant use... GET AWAKE UP CALL telkom you disgus me totally!!! I am in the process to take my business to somebody else hopefully I will not have problems.. this is the 2nd time in one year.. how do you guys run a business. yesterday I have requested to speak to a manager and Victor told me the manager is in a meeting and will request him to phone me back. this is a new day and still no call.. you dont deliver. I have also ask to move my modem from 1 room to another on the same premises and I am waiting 5 days already and no one have phoned me!!! really this is no goog service delivery
