VERY DISAPPOINTED BY SERVICE

I don't even know where to begin. I keep having endless problems with MTN, and I am at the point where I want to strangle someone right now! There are more dull than happy days since I have been with this so-called "Service Provider". I regret the day that I ever joined MTN! Today, my airtime just got finished in the wink of an eye, and the Call Centre Agent I spoke to (Zanele), could not give me a proper explanation as to what happened. She kept telling me I was on the net, which is complete nonsense! I HATE BEING WITH MTN and if I could, I would end my contract right here and now. I'm forever having to call the Call Centre for network problems that KEEP RE-OCCURRING every single month. My account is always up to date. I therefore see no reason to be treated like I'm getting free service. I feel that MTN is not keeping their end of the deal, and are not satisfying my needs, therefore you should take your Useless phone and end this stupid contract. I regret the day I made the most stupid decision-leaving Vodacom for your cheaper/more competitive prices. Now I see why, Vodacom is quality, and MTN is not! I would appreciate a response TELEPHONICALLY? some stupid auto response!
