I AM FURIOUS!!!

In Feb march this year I went into the Rosebank Vodacom Store to pay my account with cash. I had just lost my job and wanted to cancel my debit orders in order to not have any problems with ITC and rather pay cash for my account.

I filled in the form I needed and then paid cash. The next month I was debited to my account I was no Longer using and then went back to the store in a rage as I know this would affect me with my credit rating. Now all is good, making money, got a good job and wanted to apply for a car when I was told I cant because of VODASCUM typical of VODACOM. This now has affected me for two YEARS!!! some stupid sad excuse for a human that "works" at Vodacom ruined my life now for two YEARS!!! I HATE THEM. I HATE THIS NETWORK nothing but continuous problems. Always a story, no one helps you, a call centre filled with the most stupid people in africa and they all WORK FOR VODACOM.

IF you know knew the amount of problems they cause... I CANT wait to end this Satan contract and move on!!! SOON AND I WILL BE DONE WITH THIS INCOMPETENT USELESS SAD EXCUSE FOR A COMMUNICATION OF A NETWORK.

I GIVE UP. SOME JUST ARE BROKEN.
