I called some stupid lady at the call centre telling her that my vodacom profile has been locked because i forgot my password, she goes and lock my entire phone saying it has been . i've been sitting without a phone for over a week now because some stupid consultant didn't listen to the query but actioned what she thought she heard. This is totally unacceptable and i'm going to escalate this. Being a ex-empolyee of the same call centre and knowing the standard set for service excellence i'm gutted and angry that such stupid people are n ow employed there. I want the recording of my query as i was given a reference number but no one called me within the specified 24 hours. This is utter nonsense and everyone who care to listen will be told about such poor service.
