I have joined CellC on January 2013, the experience has been traumatic. I have been staying between Pretoria central and Atteridgeville. I work in Arcadia, Pretoria. The network quality was very bad, for voice calls and data calls that I have been avoiding giving the CellC numbers to anyone.
I have contacted CellC several times without success (Not that I expected any success).
I have recently started enjoying using my phone, it has been two weeks now that I can receive voice & data calls from anywhere. I want to commend CellC for a resolution at last.
I have also been struggling with network problems at my workplace (Arcadia), I have seen a slight improvement but it is not sufficient to have seamless connection. I wish to be able to use CellC phone as my primary phone. I hope that CellC has moved forward and probably will complete the work they are doing. The company has a potential to liberate the South African telecommunications consumers.
