I am on a top up contract with vodacom and this is now the 5th time i have had to send my phone in for repairs. It is a waste of my time and energy to have to take time out from work, and each time to have to reconfigure settings etc. Very frustrating when the problem starts happening again. I am nearing the end of my contract and don't want to get stuck with a dud phone then i have to pay for repairs! thats not fair. I requested a new phone from them - previously i was told by the Sandton repairs manager that after three times you qualify for a new fone. This is my fifth time!!! If this matter is not dealt with to my satisfaction my wife and i will move over to a different service provider and never look back!
