I want to cancel my cell phone contract for 2 reasons.1) I can not afford it any more as cell c rips me off 2) I absolutely HATE being with cell c because of all the constant problems.
I call Cell C to cancel my contract.. I have 14 months left of my contract and therefore the settlement amount is R6000. My phone has been cut for 3 months because I haven't paid it and therefore have not used the phone for 3 months yet I must pay R2530 (when my contract amount is only R500 a month, )on top of the R6000. Now first of all this is just Cell C being absolute RIP OFFS!!! and this amount is absurd!!!
After getting passed around to 10 people who all ask the same questions just to transfer me to someone else to ask the same questions again, I ask if I can make a payment arrangement and they say NO, it must be paid in full. So I must pay odd R9000 straight up to get rid of Cell C in my life. If i had the money trust me I would do it, but what kind of a service provider cant help with a payment plan and then puts people straight on to ITC as blacklisted. This is the perfect example of why this country has gone to!!
