Wrong phone (twice) / customer care is useless

About 6 weeks ago a guy from Cell C called me and offered me a Samsung Galaxy S4 for R309.00 p/m. I was excited and waited nearly 2 weeks for the phone. When I finally got it and opened it I realized it is the wrong phone (galaxy s4 mini). I called them and they picked the phone up the following day. A week later they delivered what I hoped was the S4 but it was the exact same phone with the exact same IMEI nr, they did not even send a different phone which shows me they didn't put any effort in at all to solve my problem. I called them again, several times and its nearly 3 weeks ago now and they still have not picked up the phone, I wasted MY time and MY money on them and they are absolutely careless.

According to a call centre agent someone should have phoned me last week, I'm still waiting! On top of all this they went and deduct the first amount of R309.00 off of my account, I'm boiling of anger and about to start a war with them. They can listen to the recorded phone call to prove that I said I want the S4 and not the s4 mini. I think the agent made a mistake and they are trying to rub this phone which I would never except off on me. I'm Cancelling this Contract!
