I had bought a Galaxy Note 3 on contract from Cell C in October, then I heard from another network that Galaxy Note 3 needs to be registered for ADH. I then contacted Cell C via email to enquire and I was told that the service I am looking for is manufacture dependent and not network dependent. so I returned their email asking them if I buy a phone from a specific network shouldn't I be told of the manufactures obligation to the phone and of course the response was manufacture dependent and not network dependent.
so my complaint is as a customer on their network shouldn't I be given information about the product I am buying???
