I sent my contract Gallaxy S3 handset for repair but returned un repaired, the respond I got is that they can't repair it because is out of warranty, so How can my less than six months handset be out of warranty, I also sent it for the second time. With authority that I will pay for that repair fee but returned unrepaired with the claim
I don't answer the phone for arrangement whereas I didn't receive or missed any call from mtn, so help
I am also not confortable with the sim card allocated to me for that handset because I receive strange calls from strangers looking sumbody I don't even know, so I will be glad if they will change it fo me
