Unauthorised debit orde

A lady from mobimoola called and their product seemed good, so i applied. When I had to get the money i requested the money was nowhere to be found. I called the consultants for a whole week with no one helping me. Then I decided to terminate the contract, they said i must send an e-mail to cancel the contract. and i did that. Now today they have debited my account 3 times. I am very dissapointed at mobi moola and wil tell people never to deal with them ever. All I want is to get my money back.
