I noticed i have been debited by a company called Stratcol Ltd and when i called them they told me they are debiting me on behalf of mobimoola. The thing is i don't no who mobimoola is. Wen i called mobimoola the agent told me that i was on there system and he will get his manager to call me. Wen the manager did call me the other day, he told me to send my complaint to him in writing. I was very upset because im debited R199 and there after R300 at the same time. When i queried the R300 the agent told me its a system error and it wont happen again but it did. I have spent a lot of money in airtime trying to call these guys to sort the matter out. Now im forced to use my cellular contract to call them find out whats going on. I don't no what else to do and why mobimoola is money from me.
