Mobimoola my money!!

Last week, I happened to be looking through my bank account statement & luckily I did, as I noticed a debited amount of R300 under a name Mobimoola. I was so shocked as I have never even heard of them let alone given my details or registered for any service with them. I don't even know what service they offer. I also did not authorise any debit orders to be done on my account. I only found loads of complaints online & how they are taking people's money even when people cancel their service. Upon phoning them, I explained the situation to a lady & she proceeded to ask me for my ID? Which I did not want to give to her & then she asked for my membership number, a 12 digit number which I could not give her as I have never signed up for anything. So basically she couldn't look me up on their system, & she proceeded to ask for my bank account number?? Which I obviously did not want to give to her & said that I would speak to my bank first. How can I contest this if I don't even have any signed documentation? How can a company like this just take someones money without any agreement! Is this even legal?! Can they not be stopped?! How do I get my money back?? I AM NOT A MOBIMOOLA CUSTOMER!
