We recieved a account in September for double our account. My husband called Vodacom's customer care centre and talked to Mpho, who told him that is nothing there is a account on the way for R6460.45.When my husband asked him why they didn't notify him he said that they did sent a sms to this number, the number that we don't use since this is a extra contract. My husband told him that we signed a contract for R185 and nothing more and Mpho said that they did block this account after R6000.Apparently this was used on Internet, the simcard also went missing from that time. My husband phoned Prenisha to make payment arrangements, she told us that she talked to her superiors that said that if we pay R4980 directly and R4980 end of December they wouldn't block our lines and won't put us on the credit buro, my husband did pay the first installment and before we called pay the December payment, our accounts were blocked and we are on the credit buro for 60 days.
