DOUBLE DEBITS

I have a deep concern how mobimoola works because you double debited my account and I thought it was going to be deducted once. Please clarify this before the end of the day because if the money is not back into my account as well as the bank charges I will have to go to the bank and reverse the transaction myself.

This is not acceptable at all and after everything is rectified I would like to cancel my business with mobimoola because it's a total rip off.
