Seven days and still no sim activation

Phone was late 21/1/13. Phoned Autopage to have phone and sim blocked. Sent through all paperwork for new phone and sim. Once via fax 011 650 2931, once to [Email Removed] and once handed in personally. Got nowhere over the phone. Had to resort to going into their HQ on 24 and 25 Jan. Got a new sim at around 09h30 on 25th at customer services. Now 2 days later (and 7 total days so far), they want me to RESEND the paperwork to reactivate the new sim? Spent 15 minutes going from person to person on the phone... and typing this as I am still waiting. Spoke to Lerata 1, Sylvia, Mosipho, Lerata 2, Zanele... stll on hold again for Narisha.. and as they always say, "the manager is in a meeting"...
