I have been stuffed around by Nashua Mobile countless times! needing help with my new Samsung, got nothing. I am not on the contract I signed for and now my consultant tells me I must go all the way back to the branch where I bought the phone. They send me a survey and I rate them as and get a message back saying they will contact me re the bad service... I wonder when? Maybe when I cancel my contract and take my business elsewhere. Absolutely Pathetic!!! Why did I ever go with Nashua Mobile?!
