So. I have a tablet contract that I don't use the SIM for, except month-ends. Today I tried to log in to MTN active to see what my balance is and lo and behold, it says I have to reset my password for some obscure reason. Reset the password, and it wanted me to enter spam filter codes etc. did it all correctly and then it tells my my account is locked.
Mtn? So you're denying me access to my own account for no reason? And your wonderful call centre is the most useless entity I have dealt with!
