I tried to access my account as per normal on the internet only to find it locked, I called the customer care line only to be helped by someone who doesnt even know the system herself. Unfortunately she was so useless and confessed she doesnt know why.
The system says: Your account is locked. Please reset your password to unlock your account.
PLEASE HELP.
