I got an iPad from MTN on a data contract. It took them more than 2weeks to approve the contract. When I got the sim card it did not work. I took it back and the sim card was not Ricad. They fix the problem and it worked for a day. After many phone calls and visits to the store the problem was not sorted out. Every time MTN had another story about what the problem is. One of my other sim cards also stopped working in the process. So six months later someone at a MTN store saw that my billing limit was to low. When they increased the limit the sim card worked. I could not use any of the data on that contact for 6 months, now I lost most of it. MTN owes met more than 12 GB, because of their incompetence. After all the fighting with them I had to do a sim swap with 2 of my numbers. They sim swapped the wrong numbers. I am not willing to pay another cent for their mistakes. I am very unhappy MTN SA services. MTN is very unwilling to assist in this matter.
