Took out contract for a laptop and 1GB data per month for R299.It was on special. This was done during the last week of July 2013. First debit order went off end Aug R444.I received the invoice for September and saw that my installment will be almost R400 again. I logged a query as to why the amount is more than what I signed a contract for. After a few calls etc. Cell C informed me that the discount was mistakenly not loaded, they will do that. It was done and I could see that indeed I was credited for money I paid extra as well as the amount to be paid at end Sept. Thursday (and this is now 2weeks later) I wanted to go onto the net and I couldn't. Phoned Cell C numerous times and it was discovered my 3 month old contract was cancelled and switched to prepaid, without my consent. They phoned me, apologizing for not letting me know and that they had to do that in order to allocate my number to the correct package, and it would be reinstated before the end of yesterday. So here I am, another day later! Still cannot do my work because I don't have internet due to reasons which is NOT my fault! I have to suffer because Cell C cannot do their work? verby now.
