Inflating my bill and stupid incompetence staff

I called Cell C on the 28/09/2013, to ask them why am I being charged more than the agreed fee on my contract, Babalwa who was extremely incompetent and had lack of knowledge about the product, she then transferred a call to another incompetent team leader by the name of CALVIN, I DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD SAY HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OR HE IS JUST PLAIN STUPID, I spent an hour on the phone trying to get answers as to why my payment is inflated every month and he couldn't understand the simple analogy of minutes carrying over, and why am I being charged if I had a huge balance on my account, AND HE FURTHER TOLD ME THAT THE BALANCE I'M SEEING ON MY PHONE IT'S A LIE, MINUTES DON'T CARRY OVER, AND MY MINUTES HAD DEPLETED FROM MAY TO-DATE, SO THE QUESTION HERE IS, who fooling who, do you have inefficient systems in place so that you can rip hard working South African with their hard earned money? I DIDN'T TAKE YOU TO MEDIA THE LAST TIME AND THIS TIME AROUND I DEMAND ANSWERS, SUPPORTING, RATES, FIGURES, TIMES, CAUSE I'M SICK AND TIRED OF YOU MONEY, I will use every means in my disposal to get your unethical practice out there.
