Below is my original post:
"I recently renewed my Nashua mobile contract. I have been a Nashua Mobile client for 4 years.
As part of the contract renewal I received a new handset, but within the first week I noticed the device will shutting down randomly and only after removing the battery 10 times, will it reboot again. These events persisted, until 8 days ago when I took the handset back, where it was send for repairs. I followed up today, only to be notified that repairs could take 3-4 weeks, which is ridiculous, bearing in mind that the device is hardly 5 weeks old."
Since my post, nothing has happend, I have tried phoning endlessly, with no answers. Today I even tried to call the Agent owner of Nashua West Rand Francois Koekemoer, with no call back after two messages left.
Someone did mention I am liable for R2000 in repair costs, which I can't understand as the phone is brand new and still has 11 months left of the manufacturers warranty. I notices Nashua replied to my initial complaint by a Bianca, who stated that they will be in contact, which obviously did not happen...
Its now been almost 4 weeks and no body can tell me what is going on... disgusting service.
