After months problems not resolved

After almost 3 months and multiple emails, phone calls, messages, hellopeter complaints no attempt has been made to rectify the fact that I have no phone or service on my account after negligence by the Gateway store. Refusing to deal with a problem does not make it dissapear. I have appealed to wendy knowler, carte blanche and the ombatsman to rectify the situation.
