About a year ago I had a huge problem with Nashua Mobile and the fact that I was billed at differing rates for out of bundle data usage from month to month. Countless phone calls and arguments later I finally had a solution presented to me that saved me thousands every month... a solution that was never shared with me when I asked for it. Nashua threw their hands in the air and pleaded ignorance.
This month I received a bill that was R2000 more than usual. I needed 2 gigs of data on my phone and I bought it through internet banking (recharge) as it was a work emergency. I checked through USSD code that it loaded... it did! I used roughly 2 gigs data that evening and the following morning I still had 2 gigs left on my phone. Alarm bells rang and low and behold... phone bill comes round and WHAM! R2000 extra.
Needless to say I am peeved off!! Multiple phone calls where I either get cut off when asked to speak to a manager, or not finding the regular person I used to speak to in over 5 attempts and people telling me they will address the problem and not getting back to me I am ready to dump my entire contract... phone and all. NASHUA --- COME FETCH IT!!!
