I have a data contract with nahsua mobile for 2.5GB per month for roughly R429 (Which is quite high for that bundle). i specifically asked when I got the contract that it must not go over R10.00 if ever the data bundle runs out. This month i got a bill for R863. When I phoned and asked why this had happened they gave me a story saying its because of an internet session and it locks when the session closes or something of the sorts. i asked for confirmation in writing and I have since been waiting for them to respond. I don't get how this could be because I don't even use that line to do any downloads. This is really not on from Nashua.
