Our website disappeared on 3/09/2013. We contacted Afrihost support. Promises were made to re-instate the website hinting the problem was from our side. A month later, numerous calls, hundreds of promises from their side to fix the problem - still no website. Today we contacted the C.E.O. and imagine that... his phone went to voice mail. They say they pride themselves on customer service. We say they stink!!! We are a community service and the public rely on our site for information. We are paying for a service that does not exist.
