About a month ago I was on hellopeter for the same reason. Altech Autopage suspended my account for double billing then we sorted this out. This month they want to suspend my account again as there is an outstanding amount again. My question, how can there be an outstanding amount if im on a debit order... then they come with im on credit acount. So I want to know who gave them authorisation to put me on a cash payment as my last debit order was in May and its now June. Then I also want to know why there is an outstanding amount but they cant answer me. They billing me for a reconnection fee that I refuse to pay because they messed up with my acount and suspended me. I have been asking for the steps to be taken to cancel my contract with them but they have more time to argue with me about my acount than actually answer my question. Please help me with this I cant have this problem every month
