I upgraded but the upgrade was cancelled as mtn did not have a device. My bill is R790, charged for a handset that I did not receive. Please migrate my account back to top up. Fix my bill because I do not have the handset. Second complaint logged on but not feedback
Went to the store Bianca, Met, Lordwick unable to assist. Called the call centre spoke to Thembi, Portia, etc still no help so far. Please mtn get someone to help me out of my frustartion. It is a month now, same problem
