Complete Rip off

Vodacom decided to cancel the easy pay option at Pick and Pay, this was very convenient for me and then one day I get told it doesnt work anymore, I then went to the store and asked if i can pay the account there, she advised that i need to use my cell number as the account number, i tried this absa advised it doesnt work like that, i then went again to the store and she says that i must go stand in a que at Standard bank, the ques are endless, so i stopped paying because month after month i am faced with a problem when trying to pay. Today i called vodacom call center and spoke to stella who advised that my lines has been taken off the network because they couldnt get hold of me, ofcourse they cant get hold of me, the lines are disconnected, they could have posted me something. Eventually she gives the details to pay, only to tell me that i have to buy new sim cards and i ahve to pay R285 per line to reactivate my accounts... This is daylight!!!
