Tried calling MTN hemmingways yesterday and today on the numbers provided 0838690077 and 0838690076 (As on the website) to find out the progress on my phone. I even tried contacting the manager Tammie directly numerous times and left a voice message but nobody has called me back. Nobody answers the phone at this branch. I notice- I certainly am not the only person experiencing poor service at this branch. Why is management not rectifying this situation. I have tried calling more than 15 times. What kind of service point is this??? Clearly a representation of poor management..Everything is just terrible at MTN Hemmingways from service to repairs to answering the phone. Why has nobody contacted me up till today? Just wish I never chose MTN
