I took my phone in for replacement 11/09/2013 and spoke to the manager Tammie. After many issues with this branch i told her to include me in all communication regarding the progress of my phone. I have not received a single email or call. The service in this branch really. People always wait long to be served. I called MTN today, my fiance spoke to Sethu and told her he wants to speak to Tammie. He gave her his number and has not received a call up till now.
This is my second complaint on Hellopeter regarding your branch.please look at my previous post as even that one IS NOT RESOLVED. MTN HEMMINGWAYS PLEASE FIX YOUR STAFF ATTITUDE AND TREAT CUSTOMERS PROPERLY!
