This is now the second time I have had to complain about virgin mobile regarding their service in order to get a response! Getting information out of these people is impossible - it is all well and good to get told something over the phone but with them when it comes to putting it in effect they always have some story hence im trying to get it in writing. I have called the call centre and asked for the details in writing but ''they cannot send emails'' - what is the reasoning for this? They just don't want to be held liable for their. After that debacle I sent them an email to 3 different mail addresses given - guess what - no reply. I don't even have a branch in my area anymore where I can go and complain! I cannot wait for my contract to end so I can be rid of this company and their incompetence! NEVER again and I advise anyone thinking of going virgin - DONT! I am definitely not the only one to complain!
