I need my line to be re-activated

I have not been working for the past 6 months as a results MTN suspended my number, so now i am working and have paid the outstanding balance and i need my number to be activated, my challenge is when i send the customer service department an email instead of helping me they tell me toregister MTN active which requires the number that has been blocked, and still when i call from the pre paid number i cannot get hold of them, coulsd someone please unlock my line 071 8591 201.thanks
