I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A NUMBER REMOVED OFF MY ACCOUNT FOR 2 MONTHS. I WENT IN LAST MONTH AT CRESTA THEY SAID NO YOU MUST CALL 082 1958. THEY BLOCKED ALL MY PHONES FOR THE WHOLE MONTH BECAUSE I PAID 1000.00 INSTEAD OF 1300.00. NOW I DONT HAVE ANY NUMBER TO CALL THIS 0821958. TRIED FROM MY OFFICE PHONE, NO DOES NOT GO THROUGH. EVENTUALLY GET THROUGH WITH A FRIENDS PHONE AND IT JUST RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS. NO I GO TO BALFOUR PARK TO SORT OUT ALL MY ISSUES, SONS PHONE STILL LOCKED EVEN THOUGH I PAID 1500.00 ON SAT. I HAVE TO PHYSICALLY GO IN AND TELL THEM TO UNLOCK IT. NO THEY CAN'T DO A SIM SWOP BECAUSE THEY ARE OFF F LINE. CALL THE CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT AND CANCEL THAT NUMBER AND CHANGE IT TO PAY AS YOU GO. SORRY MAM THE SYSTEM IS OFF F LINE. MY MONEY IS OFFLINE TO YOU. NOW GET SOMEONE TO CANCEL THE NUMBER IN QUESTION AND CREDIT ME WITH SOME MONEY!!! YOU CAN REACH ME ON MY MTN PAY AS YOU GO NUMBER!
