On Saturday, 26 January 2013, I went to Clearwater Mall Autopage to ask if I could add Blackberry services on my present account. When I entered the shop, Divan immediately approached me with a big smile and asked how he could help me. I explained my request and he logged it while telling me how it works and showed me a lot of extra stuff which were very helpful. His whole attitude was one of serving the customer to the best of his ability - something you don't encounter too often these days. Thanks, Divan - I see a brigth future for you!
