Took my kids to Milky Lane Clearwater on Saturday 19 Oct 2013, cant complain about the service because I was so appalled by the waiters terrible manners and this is not the first time I encountered this. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager gestered to the waiter that he was busy and proceeded to leave the shop. The waiter then comes back to me to ask me what I would like "For Free" I did not come for a free anything as I explained to him which he seemed not to understand or just didnt care.
I really was so taken aback I paid for the stuff I had ordered and left the shop. I will definely not be returning to the shop in the near future as Customer Service is not something that they regard as something important its like they are doing you a favour by serving you the custome
