On 24/1/2013 AUTOPAGE upgraded my Blackberry to an iPhone 5 with the greatest of enthusiasm. Sales agent confirmed Blackberry bis charge WILL BE REMOVED from my account. Having studied my AUTOPAGE CELLULAR account some months later, I had the displeasure of seen the Blackberry bis CHARGE STILL APPEARING. I called their Customer Service line and WAITED FOR AGES TO BE SERVED and reported the matter again. STILL NO ACTION. So off I go to the closest Autopage Store and AGAIN REQUEST THE REMOVAL OF THE BB BIS CHARGE. This time I requested the Reference number been P130713777 dated 13/7/2013. I received a sms confirming the removal was in process. I went back to the store to look online and guess what, THE CHARGE WAS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT. Next reference is P130718634 dated 18/7/2013 WHICH ALSO FAILED. Again went back to the store on 4/9/2013 with my August 2013 statement. This charge remains, whilst Autopage takes my cash & at my cost as one of their old BLACKBERRY CLIENTS. I require the credit to be passed immediately including interest, together with an apology. If I am experiencing this POOR SERVICE, what is happening to all subscribers who HAVE MIGRATED FROM BLACKBERRY using AUTOPAGE.
